Windpark Fryslân was built by contractor consortium Zuiderzeewind in the IJsselmeer. The wind farm consists of 89 turbines of 4.3 megawatts (MW). On an annual basis, WPF produces about 1.5 terawatt-hours* (1,500,000 megawatt hours).
