Unlocking the potential of 2G biomass for more efficient, more sustainable biofuel and biochemical production. Our proprietary process ‘gently’ cracks 2G biomass to produce cellulose and natural lignin for processing into disruptive drop-in chemical replacements and advanced biofuels.
We have set ourselves the goal to make the optimisation of the biogas plant as easy as possible for you. For this purpose, we offer you precisely fitting dosing units with screw conveyors and many other components in the insertion technology made of high-quality and stainless steel. We are also happy to accompany you with competent and reliable contract manufacturing.
Our goal is to increase the recyclability of residual materials. In this way, we create the best conditions for the sustainable use of our resources for use in biogas plants. We deliver industry standard solutions to our customers worldwide. In addition to a nationwide sales network, we also offer competent customer service and spare parts service.
Being a full-service provider of biogas plants, our team will support you reliably, proficiently and efficiently – from individual planning to detailed implementation. If you like, we can also take on maintenance and operational management, allowing you to concentrate on your core business. One clear advantage of generating energy with biogas plants is that unlike wind or solar, they deliver energy throughout the day, whatever the weather. This will make you a reliable yet flexible producer of electricity and heat.
Customized Process Solutions in the areas of Water, Sludge, Reject & Residuals, Waste to Energy and Recycling have improved profitability and sustainability of many of our customers worldwide in several industries. Special process know how, advanced engineering and the application of our own MERI Equipment Technology allow us to be a strong partner for our customers, bringing their operation to the next level of performance in all environmental areas.

MTT developed its patented micro turbine technology in the period 2006 - 2009. This technology was initially used in the EnerTwin micro CHP system, a small power plant for domestic and SME applications. Because of its very high efficiency the EnerTwin can be classified as clean tech product. However, if operated on green gas, biomethane or a gas mixture containing up to 23% of hydrogen, the EnerTwin becomes an important product for the energy transition.
