The fuel cell is the heart of hydrogen-powered fuel cell vehicles. And here one component is particularly important, the bipolar plate of the fuel cell stack. Our modular and scalable machine concept works with the helium vacuum method for leak testing of all three process circuits of the bipolar plates (cooling, hydrogen and oxygen circuit). The method enables the detection of particularly low leak rates and short cycle times. The scalability of the system allows it to be adapted to current market demands and production requirements.
Manufacturers of Hydrogen and Liquid Carbon-based Hydrogen Carriers and Micro-scale Steam Reformers for Fuel Cells.
WUN H2 GmbH currently operates the largest production plant for green hydrogen in Bavaria! Together with our partners, we make the energy transition in the Fichtelgebirge tangible. The plant has a nominal output of 9 MW and produces up to 1,350 tons of green hydrogen per year! In our plant, water is split into hydrogen using electricity from solar plants and wind farms on land and at sea as part of PEM electrolysis, compressed and then used for various purposes in mobility and industry. Get in touch with us if you would like to purchase green hydrogen for your company!

The ZBT is one of the leading European research institutions for fuel cells, hydrogen technologies and energy storage. The ZBT is a sought-after research and development partner in European and national cutting-edge research and in industrial projects with a focus on automotive applications and stationary energy generation.
Center for Solar Energy and Hydrogen Research Baden-Württemberg (ZSW) In 1988, the state of Baden-Württemberg, together with universities, research institutions and companies, founded the ZSW as a non-profit foundation under civil law. Solar energy and hydrogen technologies are currently growing on an industrial scale into building blocks of a sustainable energy supply for the 21st century.
Zepp.solutions is a young Dutch company specialised in fuel cell technology. We support our partners, who are active in a wide variety of industries, in turning their zero-emission dreams into reality. We are specialised in creating fuel cell modules that fully integrate everything that is needed to use hydrogen as the power source in any application, ranging from control hard- and software to a DCDC converter for high voltage applications.
