The Working Group Quality Management Biodiesel e. V. (AGQM) was founded in 1999 as an initiative for quality assurance by leading biodiesel manufacturers and traders. Today it offers far more than "just" quality assurance: AGQM presents itself as a modern and flexible service provider that covers all relevant subject areas of Europe's leading alternative fuel, from production to application. With the broad introduction of its quality management system, AGQM has made a significant contribution to the high quality standard of biodiesel on the German market, and with a wide range of activities it ensures that biodiesel retains its outstanding importance.
The initiative for aviation fuel based on renewable energy aireg – Aviation Initiative for Renewable Energy in Germany e.V. – combines commitment, knowledge and years of experience from industry, business and science in the aviation sector. The goal of aireg is to drive the research, production and usage of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) in Germany: By 2030 SAF should make up 10% of the fuel used in Europe.

B.E.N is a decentralized and regionally organized cooperative association of wood energy companies in southern Germany. The Bundesverband Bioenergie eV (BBE) is the umbrella organization for bioenergy. It was founded in 1998 to give effective representation in politics and society for the diversity of bioenergy with all its manifestations and technological paths in the electricity, heating and transport sectors. The strengths of the BBE include the integration of specialized industry associations and companies into a strong network. Experts and decision-makers meet at the BBE to analyze political and economic framework conditions and to represent a strong position for the industry. The Federal Association of the German Bioethanol Industry (BDBe) is committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions in transport through the use of bioethanol. With a holistic approach, the BDBe maps the entire production chain from the field to the fuel. The BDBe coordinates the formation of political opinions in the German bioethanol industry and communicates its results to politics, business, science, the media and the public.
