Enapter AG is the technology leader in innovative Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) electrolysis, which can be used to produce green hydrogen. The technology enables the construction of efficient, cost-effective and standardized electrolysers and stacks that can be scaled up to larger units according to the principle of modularity.
We have taken the idea of “hydrogen” a step further and are already implementing safe power-to-x systems for energy supply and energy storage with proven and market-ready technology, enabling independence from the energy market. Our systems are reliable, low-maintenance, user-friendly and are tailored specifically to the needs of our customers.
FCP is located in Chemnitz, State of Saxony. Based on the local research facilities and competent suppliers, this location is first choice. FCP will employ midterm 100 employees. At the Chemnitz location, a modern and state of the Art factory will be installed. Fuel cells, powertrains with e-motor, gearset and control will be developed, tested and serial produced. Chemnitz facility will be one of the most advanced research and test facilities for fuel cell and powertrain technology.
Reliability, ownership and servicing costs of First Hydrogen’s utility van will be second to none. We are delivering significant market advantage with a design and integration strategy utilizing existing (best of) technology and tried, tested and widely available chassis, electric motricity, fuel tanks, fuel cells and a balance of systems.
Flow indicators, totalizers and computers are our core business. We have the profound knowledge and experience to develop products that perform, always. We develop beyond specs, intrinsically safe, and explosion proof... because we know what works best and what the requirements are to keep working over time.
The path to decentralized power generation, intelligent networks and digitized industrial processes means uncharted territory for many companies. It is all the more important to have a reliable partner who supports you in actively shaping the energy transition. Covalion – as a brand of Framatome GmbH – is part of the EDF group. In this way, we combine the dynamism and flexibility of a start-up with the diverse skills and resources of a globally established group of companies.
