We, the team at Geothermie Ammersee GmbH, are rethinking energy generation, sustainable and collaborative. Our goal is to enable everyone to participate in sustainable, CO2-free energy and to secure heat and electricity regardless of price fluctuations, nuclear power and coal. The generation of energy from deep geothermal energy is currently only available to financially strong companies due to the high investment costs. Our goal is to give everyone the opportunity to secure a share in this sustainable and profitable energy generation! To this end, we are starting Germany's first deep geothermal crowdfunding project.
GTR’s aim is to generate emission-free renewable electricity and heat for the region by using the geothermal energy stored deep in the Rupertiwinkel. Through this, GTR contributes not only to the electricity but also to the heat transition in the region. Geothermal energy is available around the clock regardless of the weather. This helps to make our world a little greener. As a Bavarian company, the local aspect is also of great importance to GTR. The project is implemented with the involvement of local companies and in close coordination with the surrounding municipalities
