Noordenwind, is an association for the promotion of sustainable energy in the Netherlands with the aim of installing, operating and promoting wind turbines and other forms of sustainable energy.
We are working for the future of emission-free technologies in an integrated energy system. As a federally-owned company, we take assignments in the area of sustainable mobility and energy supply from so-called top-level federal authorities, i.e. federal ministries. These assignments mostly consist of the implementation and coordination of funding programmes. We are also tasked with accompanying strategic stakeholder processes, organising international collaborations, and we are active in advancing acceptance of alternative technologies in society.

The Oldenburg Energy Cluster OLEC e.V. is one of the most important regional innovation clusters in the north-west energy region. OVID represents the interests of oil seed processing and vegetable oil refining companies in Germany. The oil mills organized in the association process around 10 million tons of oilseeds, refine 2 million tons of vegetable oil and produce 6 million tons of oilseeds every year.
